Overnight Express Shipping Method

- All packs require a signature for a delivery, no exception. Thanks.
 
- Standard Overnight Express is Next-business-day delivery any time

in the afternoon by 3PM to most areas and by 4:30PM to some rural areas (by 8PM to residences)

Delivery in 2 business days for certain shipments to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
 
- Priority Overnight Express is Next-business-day delivery

by 10:30AM to most areas and by noon or until 5PM to some rural areas.
 
Delivery in 2 business days for certain shipments to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
 
- Please note: Saturday delivery available for an additional charge so valid only for orders placed over the phone,
so please contact us.
 
- Standard Ground Delivery can take 2 to 7 business days.

Refunds

  • We only exchange.

 

Refused/Returned Shipments

  • All hair extensions, kits and hair care products can be accepted as a return within 15 days after receipt of order provided if they are unused or unaltered and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If you refuse delivery or return an entire shipment you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for that order. This includes the cost to get the order to you and the cost to return the order.

 

Additional Verifications

SO.CAP. Original USA reserves the right to require additional verifications for new purchasers or wholesale transactions.
Please be prepared to forward the following documentation, if requested:
  • Proof of residence to the address of delivery (for example: utility bill for that address)
  • Copy of your ID (driver's license)
 
We will verify your documents upon receipt and we will process your order.
If any documentation is missing, we will contact you prior to proceeding.

Turnaround Time

  • All orders place Monday through Friday before 4:30 pm Eastern Time leave our warehouse the same day.

 

Lost or Stolen Items

  • SO.CAP. Original USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the receipt of your order. If your order is delivered to the address you specified and YOUR ORDER IS SIGNED BY ANYONE, IT IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED, and our obligations cease.
  • If the order is delivered to the specified address, but no signature has been requested by the buyer, the pack is released by the delivery driver, it is considered delivered and our obligations cease.

We strive to provide the best customer service on the internet. Unfortunately, people will sometimes take advantage of our efforts when providing this service. Therefore, we have created a Exchange Policy for our site. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY. If you do not understand the Policy please contact us. If you do not agree with, or plan to abide by the Policy then do not place an order with us.

 

Defective Items

  • Defective items are gladly accepted back. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Refunds for the shipping and handling charges of defective merchandise will be honored IF the manufacturer confirms the defect. All freight on returned defective items must be prepaid.

 

How to Return an ItemStep

  •   Step 1-    Call to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
  •   Step 2 -   Write RMA Number on the outside of the package or put it on a piece of paper inside the package.
  •   Step 3 -   Package product securely and ship your return to our warehouse via insured, prepaid U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS
