- Your billing information must be matched with the Credit Card's Informations registered at the bank.
Overnight Express Shipping Method
in the afternoon by 3PM to most areas and by 4:30PM to some rural areas (by 8PM to residences)
Delivery in 2 business days for certain shipments to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
- SO.CAP. Original USA does not ship to P.O. Boxes
- We only exchange.
- All hair extensions, kits and hair care products can be accepted as a return within 15 days after receipt of order provided if they are unused or unaltered and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If you refuse delivery or return an entire shipment you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for that order. This includes the cost to get the order to you and the cost to return the order.
- Proof of residence to the address of delivery (for example: utility bill for that address)
- Copy of your ID (driver's license)
- All orders place Monday through Friday before 4:30 pm Eastern Time leave our warehouse the same day.
Lost or Stolen Items
- SO.CAP. Original USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- You are responsible for the receipt of your order.
- IF YOU selected A FREE GROUND SHIPPING DELIVERY, there is NO SIGNATURE associated with this delivery. All the other deliveries are subject to the following:
- If your order is delivered to the address you specified and YOUR ORDER IS SIGNED BY ANYONE, IT IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED, and our obligations cease.
- If the order is delivered to the specified address, but no signature has been requested by the buyer, the pack is released by the delivery driver, it is considered delivered and our obligations cease.
- Defective items are gladly accepted back. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Refunds for the shipping and handling charges of defective merchandise will be honored IF the manufacturer confirms the defect. All freight on returned defective items must be prepaid.
How to Return an ItemStep
- Step 1- Call to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
- Step 2 - Write RMA Number on the outside of the package or put it on a piece of paper inside the package.
- Step 3 - Package product securely and ship your return to our warehouse via insured, prepaid U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS
