- All packs require a signature for a delivery, no exception. Thanks.
- Next-business-day delivery: Priority Next-business-day delivery is by 10:30 a.m. to most areas and by noon, 4:30 or 5 p.m. to some rural areas. Delivery in 2 business days for certain shipments to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Available throughout all 50 states.
- Standard Delivery is the Next-business-day in the afternoon by 3 p.m. to most areas and by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas (by 8 p.m. to residences) Available throughout all 50 states.
Please note: Saturday delivery available for an additional charge so valid only for orders placed over the phone.
- SO.CAP. ORIGINAL USA does not ship to P.O. Boxes
- We don’t do refund, only exchange.
- If you refuse delivery or return an entire shipment you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for that order. This includes the cost to get the order to you and the cost to return the order.
socaporiginalusa.com reserves the right to require additional verifications for new purchasers or wholesale transactions. Please be prepared to forward the following documentation, if requested:
- Proof of residence to the address of delivery (for example: utility bill for that address)
- Copy of your ID (driver's license)

Lost or Stolen Items
- socaporiginalusa.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- You are responsible for the receipt of your order. If your order is delivered to the address you specified and YOUR ORDER IS SIGNED BY ANYONE, IT IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED, and our obligations cease. If the order is delivered to the specified address, but not signed for, and is released by the delivery driver, it is considered delivered and our obligations cease.
We strive to provide the best customer service on the internet. Unfortunately, people will sometimes take advantage of our efforts when providing this service. - Defective items are gladly accepted back. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Refunds for the shipping and handling charges of defective merchandise will be honored IF the manufacturer confirms the defect. All freight on returned defective items must be prepaid.
How to Return an ItemStep
- Step 1- Call to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
- Step 2 - Write RMA Number on the outside of the package or put it on a piece of paper inside the package.
- Step 3 - Package product securely and ship your return via insured, prepaid U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS
